Join our Members Meeting
The most important insights, contacts and ideas arise in personal conversations. That’s why we organise regular member meetings to get inspired by each other’s work, share knowledge and increase collaboration in gastronomy and between chefs and farmers.
Member Meeting in October 2023
In October we held our first member meeting at H15 in the meatpacking district in Copenhagen. The meeting was informal, fun, delicious and rich in learning regarding our projects, regenerative agriculture, soil and sustainable initiatives in the restaurant- and food industry.
Hanne Gundersen, agronomist and also our project advisor was invited to speak about soil and Sandra Villumsen from the Regenerative Association to speak about regenerative agriculture.
The goal of our member’s meetings is to become wiser within existing initiatives and facilitate further collaboration so we can all return with new thoughts on increasing impact in our businesses.
Our next meeting will be in May 2024.
