Slurp Ramen Joint is a small 21-seat ramen restaurant in Nansensgade, Copenhagen. To give justice to the original dish from Japan, Team Slurp falls back on extensive research conducted in Tokyo and focuses heavily on sourcing the best available ingredients from both Denmark and Japan.
Slurp are on a mission to explore what ramen means within a European and Danish context. When you come by, you can expect straightforward Tokyo-style ramen that is true to its cultural heritage; but don‘t get too comfortable!
