HOW WE CREATE IMPACT

  • WE BUILD FUNDS AND PARTNERSHIPS

    Through:
    (1) 1% Climate Action; where restaurants and businesses take a stand and give guests and customers the opportunity to contribute with 1%. This way all eaters can become part of the solutions we need.

    (2) Business Members; that contribute with a yearly amount to make local impact through Foodprint Nordic farming projects and changes in own supply chain.

    (3) Partners; we match businesses with larger farming projects within agroforestry and land transitions.

    (4) Personal Memberships; are contributing to grow the regenerative food and farming agenda in the Nordic countries.

    (5) Events; we host events for members, partners as well as the public to create awareness about the currant food challenges and solutions to push the regenerative food agenda.

  • WE TEAM UP WTH INNOVATIVE FARMERS

With this money we invest and fund regenerative farming projects to speed up the transition towards more food for humans grown with regenerative methods. From our application rounds we know the farmers are ready to make change and push this agenda.
We believe the transition is a shared responsibility and with Foodprint Nordic everyone; eaters and businesses can build a better future together.

  • WE BUILD INFRASTRUCTURE & AWARENESS

Through our events and 1% climate action we create awareness about regenerative food and the solutions we can build together. One cannot do everything, but everyone can do something and you as the consumer have power.

In practice we build healthy soils and new systems through the Foodprint Nordic projects. This way food can become a viable change for the biodiversity, climate and human health in the future.

  • WE DOCUMENT OUR IMPACT AND BUILD DATA

While the world around the Nordic countries is moving fast with growing regenerative food, we in the Nordic countries need more data to understand what works and what is needed. Therefore, we document our impact on all projects.

We have also created a YouTube channel with the farmers and the projects, as an open-sourced knowledge bank, so other farmers can get inspired about new methods and ideas.

For all members we contribute with data to your impact reports, so you can show your local impact.
